Ticket and Sponsorship Sales Representative: a pivotal role within our organization responsible for driving revenue through the sale of tickets and securing sponsorship deals to support our events and initiatives.

The Camden Phantoms are actively looking for coachable and high-energy Ticket Sales Representatives who are excited about seizing opportunities for career advancement within the NLFA. If you are someone with a passion for sales and a drive for success, this seasonal position offers the chance to sell game tickets and secure sponsorships using outbound calls and face-to-face meetings. We aim to find an exceptional individual who is keen on developing their professional sports career by focusing on ticket and sponsorship sales. Kindly note that this role is solely commission-based.
In This Role You Will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks and taking ownership of various projects, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Lengthened Paragraph:
Ensure the fulfillment of the set sales targets by meticulously carrying out sales calls and scheduled external meetings. Dedicate time to place a minimum of 75 outbound sales calls daily, aiming to secure fresh ticket sales and sponsorship revenue opportunities.
•Identify new business opportunities by establishing professional and personal networks.
• Proactively seek out new leads by leveraging referrals, engaging in targeted prospecting activities, and nurturing valuable connections through networking initiatives.
• Consistently strive to meet and surpass not only weekly, monthly, but also yearly sales objectives to drive sustainable growth for the business.
• Attend and actively participate in assigned sales, promotional, and collaborative team events to effectively cultivate new prospects and foster lasting relationships that contribute to business expansion.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all Camden Phantoms ticketing products available, ensuring a grasp of the wide range of ticketing possibilities, and consistently managing a carefully structured sales appointment system.
Demonstrate the capacity to uphold precise and thorough documentation of both existing clients and potential leads.
Adhere to the established sales and service protocols within the department by fostering collaboration across the entirety of the Sales and Service Department.
Fulfill any additional responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager or Sponsorship Coordinator.
